Doc Frank has a long history of knowledge transfer, training and mentoring which was formalised with a Cert IV qualification in 2011.

Activities in this area include:

• Development of seminars and signalling training courses for beginner and advanced audiences.
• Training course delivery in classroom or online formats.
• Training program development, review and revision.
