Who is Doc Frank

The founder and director of Doc Frank is Dr Frank Heibel, a chartered professional electrical engineer with nearly 23 years of international experience in railway signalling. From various senior project, technical and business development roles, Frank has profound experience in advising management staff and clients in all aspects of railway signalling. Frank held project management roles for significant projects in Australia introducing modern communications based in-cab signalling, as well as several technical lead roles for modern Automatic Train Control, including ERTMS/ETCS and CBTC. A Cert IV qualification in Training and Assessment rounds his considerable history in training, knowledge transfer and mentoring.
